Writing news
My second piece written for the Dayton City Paper appears in the new issue to be released tomorrow. The online version can be found here, and it's on Supernatural and Night Stalker.
I'm delighted about this. My next piece should appear in a January issue.
K.W. Taylor is a writer of "genre media as literature," as well as being a novelist and pop culture critic. Her work has appeared in publications as diverse as academic journals about music and literature to genre media web sites including Dark Worlds, and she is a regular freelance contributor to the Dayton City Paper. She is the author of pieces on "The Man Who Fell to Earth," Western frontier literature, indie female rock bands, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Quantum Leap," politics, trivia, and original fiction of many diverse styles. Her first urban fantasy novel, "The Red Eye," is currently seeking publication, and at any given moment, Taylor is at work on many other writing and research projects -- news of which will all be detailed in this weblog.
